Sept 6, 2002 - "HEALTHPLAN SERVICES ANNOUNCES THREE PARTY AGREEMENT
WITH ACEC AND TRUSTMARK INSURANCE COMPANY."
HEALTHPLAN SERVICES, INC. (HPS) announced a contract with The American Council of Engineering Companies Life/Health Trust (ACEC) and Trustmark Insurance Company (Trustmark) to provide full administrative and distribution services for the 46,000 association members covered under the ACEC insurance plan.
