SUN CAPITAL PARTNERS, INC., a Boca Raton-based private investment firm, announced today that one of its affiliates, HealthPlan Holdings, Inc. has acquired HealthPlan Services, Inc, American Benefit Plan Administrators, Inc., Southern Nevada Administrators, Inc. and Montgomery Management Corporation from Plan Vista Corporation (NYSE:PVC).
