HEALTHPLAN SERVICES ANNOUNCES THREE PARTY AGREEMENT WITH ACEC AND TRUSTMARK INSURANCE COMPANY
TAMPA, FL Tampa, FL. - Sept 6, 2002 - HealthPlan Services, Inc. (HPS) announced a contract with The American Council of Engineering Companies Life/Health Trust (ACEC) and Trustmark Insurance Company (Trustmark) to provide full administrative and distribution services for the 46,000 association members covered under the ACEC insurance plan.
Since 1965, ACEC has provided engineering firms across the United States access to quality health, life, disability and dental plans.

HPS will use its fully Web-enabled total administrative solutions platform to handle all aspects of billing, enrollment, eligibility, commissions, rating and renewals. In addition, the HPS Web-enabled claims platform with significant auto adjudication capabilities will also serve ACEC members.
