HPH offers an ever-expanding array of services to a growing client base that includes many Fortune 500 companies. Zenith-American Solutions (ZAS) is also a HealthPlan Holdings company. Founded in 1944 Zenith American Solutions is the merged company of Zenith Administrators and American Benefit Plan Administrators who recently merged to become Zenith American SolutionsSM. ZAS specializes exclusively in providing administrative services for employee benefit plans on a national basis.
